A free service

Coastlight and Faro Costero are free email newsletters from Coastlight Labs. You can unsubscribe at any time. We may change the service or end it.

Corrections

We may correct, update or remove any item on this site or in our archive when we learn it was wrong or incomplete. We list corrections on our corrections page.

Links to other sites

Our stories link to their sources: government websites, other newsrooms and more. Those sites belong to others. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for what they publish.

Use it as a guide

We check our work, but mistakes can happen. In an emergency, follow official alerts and call 911.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. If a change matters, we will say so in the email first.
